The Customer Bill of Rights was my first project at Power, ten promises the company makes to every homeowner. It runs from Customer First through Ownership, Safety, Allocation, Respect, Punctual, Fair, Privacy and Quality to the Lifetime Guarantee.
It started as pencil thumbnails and went to boards before anything moved. The house carries the film, the same one in daylight for Ownership, with a truck out front for Safety and at dusk for the Lifetime Guarantee. The rights in between cut to hands, a phone, a watch and a laptop. I drew every illustration myself, and the hand-drawn animation, the knock on the door and the installer at the window among it, I drew frame by frame in CACANI and Fresco on the iPad before it went into After Effects.
It went out as a widescreen film, a full vertical cut and four short cutdowns for social.
